Starting the month off right with my first workout of New Rules of Lifting for Women. I attempted this strength training program my last trimester at Johnson & Wales University and got through the second stage before real life set in. #letmybiggirlpantsgettootight…
Then enjoyed a delicious protein smoothie while catching up on some blog reading.
In the blender
Frozen mango/frozen pineapple
Grated ginger (helps with inflammation and adds subtle spice)
Vanilla protein powder
Continued my day off with a trip to Great Harvest – Columbia for some necessary bread and unnecessary sampling.
Hooray for Grain Goodness and a Caprese roll! Did some cooking and cleaning to get ready for tonight’s preseason game Ravens vs Falcons.
