The Letter G – for grateful

Grateful that hills do have an end

Grateful that my body can pound the pavement for 8 miles (slow but steady)

Grateful that I have a foam roller and this tasty recovery smoothie waiting for me at the end πŸ™‚

frozen mango/pineapple

blueberry chobani

vanilla protein powder

2% milk

The perfect mix of carbs and protein I need.
